This is your opportunity to cash in with our healthy kids fundraiser. Most educational establishments would welcome a cash injection. Our fundraiser provides an imaginative and proven formula to do just that, giving the opportunity to bring in significant amounts of revenue either for essentials – or for that exciting ‘wish-project’ that has been gathering dust on the drawing board awaiting finance.

What is involved?

The campaign involves parents and staff requesting a "Funds for Schools" pack from us. The pack contains a series of amusing characterised Cycling posters to attract the children's eye for putting in foyers and canteens, notice boards, in addition to a number of appeal brochures. Each appeal brochure will show the various bicycles we offer to children with an accompanying letter explaining the health and academic benefits of cycling. Our products are based around award winning products, some commended in OFSTED reports, and safety accesories. An explanation of the process and how each order placed will contribute to your school fund is also included.

We would like the appeal brochure to be distributed to parents, relatives, neighbours, friends and work colleagues. The school (normally with the help of the friends/PTA) will:

• Hand out appeal brochures to parents.
• Put unbranded cycling posters around the school and promote cycling in a positive way.
• Newsletters and posters are supplied to assist with your campaign. We also supply a pre-campaign pack with guidelines on how to run your campaign.

Each brochure will be issued with a voucher code that is unique to your school. Orders are placed by parents or teachers directly on the www.velokit.co.uk website and the unique school voucher code is entered at the time the order is placed.

10% of each order placed using your unique school voucher code will be returned to the school every month as a cheque posted on the last day of each month.

Orders can be tracked at any time using our secure account management area so you can log in to view all orders placed and total funds to be received in any given month.

Email alerts are also available so you wil be notified every time an order is placed.

Each "Funds for Schools" pack has a 12 months validity period from the time of requesting it so you can benefit from the campaign throughout the year.

We supply sufficient appeal brochures, one per pupil and staff and any further numbers requested.

We ask you to advise the number of pupils and staff when applying for a "Funds for Schools" pack.

Schools are welcomed to register every year.
